Am a professional therapist working in private practice - offering client-focused Integrative therapy, in a safe place for you to get help with your troubles.

Therapy Style

A holistic range of different techniques, seemlessly applied as required, to best help you go forward.
Sometimes issues are solved in just two sessions. Most of the time it takes one to three months. Sometimes it takes longer. In every case the goal always remains the same, to free you from the thoughts and feelings troubling you, by getting to the root of the problem.

Our Adulthood is Built on Our Childhood
Even the tallest skyscraper stands on the foundations of its beginning and the same is true for all of us.
How we act, think, feel and regard the world, as well as ourselves, is all rooted in our infancy. It remains in our subconscious, telling us how to behave and giving us triggers we don't understand.
Co-dependency, anxiety, ADHD, abuse, fear, anger and low self-esteem can all stem from this - as can other issues. The impact of childhood on adulthood cannot be over-stated.

Continual Professional Development (CPD)
My CPD involves researching and writing about mental health. Have books and articles, published on sites such as Counselling Directory and Amazon. Currently working on a parenting book, aimed not just at parents but at therapists, therapy students and anyone interested in knowing more about how we grow.
